1. Appointment Booking Assistance

SuggestDoctor acts as a facilitator to help users connect with doctors, clinics and hospitals. We do not provide medical treatment directly.

All consultation fees, treatment fees or hospital charges are governed by the policies of the respective doctor, clinic or hospital.

Therefore, any refunds related to appointments or treatments must be handled directly with the healthcare provider.

b) Service Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver a paid service due to an internal issue, and no connection with a healthcare provider was established, a full refund may be initiated.

c) Refund Timeline

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.
